Description

We are seeking an Application Developer with 2 years of experience to develop and maintain a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and payroll system, along with mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud technologies, mobile app development, and a strong understanding of HR and payroll functionalities.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, with a focus on cloud-based systems and mobile app development.
    • Proven experience in developing HRMS and payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to cloud development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and mobile app development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native).
    • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
    • Experience with HRMS and payroll functionalities and requirements.
    • Knowledge of database management and integration techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement a cloud-based HRMS and payroll system with a focus on functionality, scalability, and security.
    • Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms that integrate seamlessly with the HRMS and payroll system.
  • System Integration:
    • Ensure smooth integration of the HRMS and payroll system with other business systems and third-party services.
    • Collaborate with the team to define integration requirements and develop solutions.
  • Mobile App Development:
    • Build responsive and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
    • Implement features, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Cloud Technologies:
    • Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deployment, scaling, and management of the HRMS and payroll system.
    • Ensure that cloud-based solutions are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Document the development process, system configurations, and application functionalities.
    • Prepare reports and updates on project status and development progress.
  • Support & Maintenance:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the HRMS, payroll system, and mobile applications.
    • Address and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
