As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR activities and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE, with a solid understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR documentation.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR functions, including preparing employment contracts, handling employee queries, and processing HR-related paperwork.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to UAE labor regulations and company policies. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and legal compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Support in managing employee relations by addressing routine queries, assisting with conflict resolution, and implementing employee engagement activities.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops. Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process, including tracking performance appraisal deadlines and maintaining related records.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing workplace culture.
