Requirements

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR consultancy experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local labor laws, market trends, and cultural considerations.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
    • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on legal changes and advise on their impact.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Use HR metrics and data analytics to track key performance indicators. Prepare and present reports to management on HR trends and issues.
  • Consultancy Expertise: Apply your consultancy experience to provide insights and solutions for complex HR issues. Offer strategic guidance to improve HR practices and drive organizational change.
